FAQ
What is your refund policy?
Please call us at 801 292 8646 as soon as possible if you or your child is dissatisfied with the program. We do not want unhappy children! If a child has gone through 2 or more weeks of class and we are not called or otherwise contacted, we may not be able to issue a refund.
+When do I pay?
Payment is required at the time of registration. Mad Science accepts checks or credit cards (over the phone or through our on-line registration system).
+What is your class cancellation policy?
Due to the necessary interaction of after school programming, we cannot run a class with less than 6 students. That being said, we will try to give the class every opportunity to run, sometimes leaving it to the morning of class. We will email/call if we have to cancel class.
+My school runs Mad Science in the Fall and in the Winter. Is it the same thing?
We have 8 different sets of programming. We rotate the areas/districts through all the different programs. Your child will likely not see the same set of programming for 3-4 years.
